Paramindu Trust is a not-for-profit organisation founded to equip young people with the skills they need to earn a livelihood with dignity, and to support the wellbeing of the communities they come from. Rooted in Bihar, we work at the grassroots — reaching first-generation learners and job-seekers who have talent and drive, but who lack access to training, mentorship, and opportunity.
परमिन्दु ट्रस्ट एक गैर-लाभकारी संस्था है, जिसकी स्थापना युवाओं को आत्मसम्मान के साथ आजीविका कमाने योग्य कौशल प्रदान करने और उनके समुदायों के कल्याण के उद्देश्य से की गई है। बिहार की ज़मीन से जुड़ी यह संस्था ग्रामीण एवं वंचित स्तर पर कार्य करती है — उन पहली पीढ़ी के विद्यार्थियों और रोज़गार चाहने वालों तक पहुँचती है जिनमें प्रतिभा और लगन तो है, परन्तु प्रशिक्षण, मार्गदर्शन और अवसर तक पहुँच नहीं।
The name we carryहमारा नाम
The name Paramindu honours Late Shri Param Hans Mishra, whose life was devoted to service, learning, and lifting others, and Smt. Indu, whose love and blessings continue to guide. Param means supreme light; Indu, the gentle glow of the moon — together, a light that leads youth toward a brighter future.
परमिन्दु नाम स्वर्गीय श्री परम हंस मिश्र की पुण्य स्मृति को — जिनका जीवन सेवा, ज्ञान और दूसरों को ऊपर उठाने में समर्पित रहा — तथा श्रीमती इन्दु के स्नेह एवं आशीर्वाद को समर्पित है। परम अर्थात सर्वोच्च प्रकाश और इन्दु अर्थात चंद्रमा की कोमल चाँदनी — दोनों मिलकर वह प्रकाश हैं जो युवाओं को उज्ज्वल भविष्य की ओर ले जाता है।
